Deborah Jaouen Fine Art

Deborah Jaouen sees the beauty in discarded items found on roadsides and beaches and turns them into mixed media collages and assemblages.

Deborah earned a B.A. in Fine Arts from the University of California at Santa Barbara. An avid voyager, she spent years living in exotic places while combining her passion for art and nature. She has surfed the shores of Kauai, sailed the  Caribbean Sea, and worked as a plein air painter in France. She finds inspiration in the wetlands of the Chesapeake Bay, where she has lived since 2002 with her husband and two children.

Considered by many to produce "the next best thing" to an original, the giclée print process is a digital printing technology permitting a close resemblance to the original artwork at an affordable price and excellent archival quality. The pigment ink used will withstand the destructive effects of light and humidity for many years.  Print specs: Printed on a Roland printer using 12 color high fidelity color on Sihl canvas. There is a 1 1/2" color matched margin in addition to the image size specified  to allow the canvas to be stretched for hanging.

-If you don't see hand stretched as an option for the print you would like, please email me and I will stretch it for you.

-And, if you would like to purchase a print of any of my "Dreamscape" series that you don't see listed, please let me know and I can order it.

-Handpainted edges are an upgrade option available on all my giclees. Just let me know.

-Framing is optional as the edges of the canvas are designed to harmonize with the artwork.
